Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Sign in with the email you ordered with. We'll email you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
2. Open your order, choose Return items, then pick the items and tell us why.
3. We'll review your request within one working day and email you the returns address for your region.
4. Post it back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Ordered in Sri Lanka?

Start your return the same way. Once we've approved it, reply to our email and we'll arrange the rest, or bring it to our Havelock City Mall store in Colombo.

Different size or colour

The quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
