Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Legacy London. We want every piece to earn its place in your wardrobe — if something isn't right, we'll put it right.

30-day returns

You may cancel your order and return any item within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email sales@legacylondon.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Our team will reply within one working day with your returns authorisation and the correct returns address for your region.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked, insured service. Return postage is at your cost, and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us — please keep your proof of postage.

Please don't post a return without contacting us first — unauthorised returns can't be matched to your order and may delay your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. You will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, the fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — or ask our team and we'll do our best to arrange a direct exchange.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Items made to your specification or personalised
  • Items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in their original condition

Christmas returns

Orders placed on or after 1 November may be returned for an exchange or gift voucher until 10 January.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away — we'll replace or refund it, including your return postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
