Our dresses follow standard UK sizing. General guide while each style is being measured individually.
Measurements are taken from the garment laid flat, not from the body. Chest is measured across from armpit to armpit and then doubled, so it is the distance all the way around.
- Chest. Straight across from the bottom of one armhole seam to the other, then doubled.
- Shoulder. Across the back, from the outer edge of one shoulder seam to the other.
- Length. From the highest point of the shoulder seam, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve. From the outer edge of the shoulder seam along the top of the sleeve to the end of the cuff.
The easiest way to use this is to measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, then match it against the chart.

- Hand wash or a cool 30°C gentle cycle, inside out, with a mild detergent
- No tumble dryer
- Dry flat or on a padded hanger, away from direct heat and sun
- A cool iron on the reverse with a cloth, never on faux leather

The Brook is a keyhole evening maxi dress with a sheer floating hem: a fitted sleeveless bodice, high neckline and front keyhole cut-out flowing into a sheer maxi skirt.
